• Hearing is the best of all the cats to help detect prey

The territory for Roaring Storm Dynasty is quite a pretty one, being a large forest comprised of mostly Oak, Alders, and Rocky Mountain Maples. There are plenty of clearings and small lakes throughout the territory that support the dynasty's good supply of fauna.

• *Sandy Gorge* – A small gorge that is mostly made up of sandstone and small quartz deposits. It has a shallow river at the bottom being sustained by a micro waterfall coming out the side of one of the gorge walls.
• *The Watcher* – The Cat Stone Pile is a large pile of rocks that look as if they were manually placed by some kind of humans. In the middle of all these rocks sits a giant boulder that is in the shape of a cat.
• *Mushroom Hollow* – A pretty big hollow in the north part of the territory, it dips into the ground to make a sort of divot composed mostly of rock and moss. There is a pond within the hollow as well as tons of mushrooms, some even growing to be unusually large.

• Roaring Storm camp is found a little bit east from the center of their territory. It is a small ravine with a river running through the middle and has lots of overgrowth around the edge of it to camouflage.
• There are 2 entrances into the camp: one is a ramp at the top, and the other is a small secret tunnel used as an emergency exit.
• Inside the camp is rather cluttered with foliage, which designated “gardener” cats are tasked with maintaining. The prey storage area is located near the back of the ravine and is surrounded by rocks to keep the prey in a nice, neat, and organized pile.
• The Emperor's den is near the top of the camp inside a giant cave, with a small ledge outside that acts as a lookout.
• The Soldier den, Medical den, and Veterans den are all located on the bottom level near the river.
• The Maternity and Fledglings den are located on the second level of the ravine.
• The Gathering Stone is in a small cleared section of the ravine off to the left of the river. This area also acts as the main clearing and is a popular hangout spot.

• Roaring Storm cats are built on hard work, they are never not busy. This Dynasty doesn't even sleep at night, as there are night shift cats who hunt, clean, and work under the stars just for the day shift to clock in when they clock out.
• Roaring Storm uphold usual traditions, but they have one of their own: ceremonies of any kind are only held when it rains (or snows), as it’s believed Empress Roaring Storm herself is blessing the event.
• Rain is sacred, it is believed to be Empress Roaring Storm looking down upon them. So rather than hiding from the storm, these cats continue working, teaching, and holding ceremonies under the rain.

• Gardener – Usually retired or recovering injured cats. Gardeners maintain the abundant foliage around the camp and tend the Seer's herb garden. They use specialized tools like a deep bowl with holes for watering and sharp stones for cutting branches.
• Night Prowlers – Cats assigned to night shifts. Though they retain their standard roles (like Brute or Sentry), they carry the “Night Prowler” title with pride (e.g., Night Prowler Scout). They’re usually quiet and stealthy.
• Weather Cat – While all Roaring Storm cats have special whiskers to sense changes in atmospheric pressure, Weather Cats have extra-sensitive ones. They sit at high lookouts and call down any alerts about weather or natural disasters every few hours.
